Congress Registration Information
Please print out and complete
the Congress registration form provided in
Microsoft Word or
PDF.
The total cost of the Congress, including the non-refundable registration
deposit, is $295.
We encourage you to send in your registration as soon as possible. After March
15, the registration fee is $315. All registration balances are due by May 1.
Please mail your completed Congress registration form and non-refundable deposit
of $125 to the address provided at the bottom of the form. Make your check or
money order payable to “OCDS Congress.” Registration forms without this Congress
deposit will not be processed.
Your canceled check will be your receipt. If you prefer confirmation by mail,
send us a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your Registration Form and
payment.
The Congress registration fee includes:
• on Thursday, June 24, an evening reception (Dinner is on your own.)
• on Friday, June 25, breakfast and lunch (Dinner is on your own.)
• on Saturday, June 26, breakfast and banquet (Lunch is on your own.)
• on Sunday, June 27, breakfast
We regret that we are unable to accommodate any “walk-ins,” that is, anyone who
arrives without a confirmed Congress Registration.
All Congress activities will be held at the
DoubleTree Hotel.

The cost of each room
at the Doubletree is $99 per night. The DoubleTree allows up to four people per
room at the same $99 per room rate. The number of rooms with one king or two
queen beds is pre-set, so register early to make sure you receive the type of
accommodation you want.
There are special graces awaiting us at this Congress. We hope and pray that you
